This policy describes how Cultivio collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to cultivio.fr, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" law.

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form:

• Name
• Work email address
• Operation size (optional)
• Free-form message (optional)

No tracking cookie, no analytics pixel, no advertising tracker is deployed on this site.

Purposes of processing

• Responding to your demo request
• B2B prospecting with greenhouse growing professionals
• With your consent, sending you communications about product updates

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR article 6-1-a), collected via the checkbox in the contact form. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Recipients

Data is processed only by the Cultivio team. It is stored on our self-hosted Listmonk instance, without transfer to third-party providers. No data is resold or shared for external marketing purposes.

Retention period

Your data is retained for 3 years from our last contact, in line with CNIL recommendations for B2B commercial prospecting, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access your data

• Erasure (right to be forgotten)
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Objection to processing
• Withdrawal of consent at any time

Security

Data is hosted on European infrastructure, protected by access controls and encrypted communications (HTTPS in production).
